Instruction
- An applicant has to fill in correct data so that Exam Centers and Hall Ticket can be allotted correctly.
An applicant has to pay the fees of Rs. 200 for Theory & Practical both (or) Rs.100 for Theory only (or) Rs.100 for Practical only in any SBI branch.
Please read carefully the Fee Payment instructions.
Please write SBI collect reference number in text-box of Challan/transaction number(Starts with "DU"). Please write "SBI" as branch name in case of debit/credit/internet banking payment.

In case of debit/credit/internet banking payment E-receipt of the transaction must be attached with the application, and in case of cash payment please attach a Depositor copy of challan. Please keep one copy(Xerox) with you for further reference.
Please attach a photo Id proof document with the application, otherwise, your application will be rejected.
The application form has to be filled up online & the printout duly signed by the candidate and HOD with Stamp.
The candidate has to submit the application form along with the fees challan(Depositor Copy) to GTU on or
before 20th August 2015.
The venue of the Exam will be announced very soon on our website: ccc.gtu.ac.in
An applicant must submit their application in GTU personally or send it to GTU via Post to The Registrar, “Gujarat Technological University Nr. Vishwakarma Government Engineering College Nr. Visit Three Roads, Visat - Gandhinagar Highway Chandkheda, Ahmedabad – 382424 - Gujarat”
GTU is not responsible for any postal delay.
Application received after the Last Date of Submit will be Rejected.

- Application Printout, with proper Attestation of candidate and HOD with Stamp.
- Original Copy of Challan(Depositor Copy).
- Photo ID proof (Voter card/Driving license/ PAN card/Passport/Adhar Card) anyone.
- Please write "CCC Exam Form" on top of the Envelope.
