Bridgestone Airless Tires, Know what's special
New uses are also taking place in the tire world , which is an important part of the automobile. Tire manufacturer companies are doing such experiments daily to improve the life and performance of tires. In the same sequence, Japanese giant tire manufacturer Bridgestone is preparing to bring airless tires for vehicles.
According to an information , the company is likely to launch its first airless tire model in the market very soon. According to the information , the company has used a web of recycled thermoplastic instead of pneumatic pressure. The tire is designed in such a way that it can easily lift up to 2200 kg .
Also , the tire needs no air , so there is no fear of the tire getting punctured. These tires are currently being manufactured for trucks and put into test mode. The company may soon announce these tires for other vehicles. Not that Bridgestone is the first company to produce airless tires , before that , France's major tire manufacturer , Michelin, also made airless tires.
Bridgestone first announced the concept version of the airless tire in 2011. Then , at the 2013 Tokyo Motor Show , the company unveiled the concept of its second generation. Now the company is preparing with the production version of this tire and it can be officially launched by the end of the year.
