Regarding the allocation of funds for sanitation complexes in primary schools

Sanitation cones have been erected at the primary and primary schools under the district and town education committees of the state. Sanitation Complex Assistance Scheme has been implemented from the year 2005-06 for the purpose of maintaining cleanliness in these complexes and the entire school. For this Rs. 400/- was paid. Subsequently, by the resolution under reference (1) of this department dated 24/04/2015, the State Government has increased the amount of this assistance by State Government and from the year 2015-16 in all government schools at the rate of Rs. 1800/- per school per month (one thousand and eight hundred completed.
Then with reference to the Director, Primary Education Officer dated 14/10/2019 (3) It was proposed to pay the assistance per school based on "number of students" instead of the higher assistance currently being paid from the single file. The matter was under consideration.
At the end of the adult deliberation, the higher assistance scheme paid per school is amended as per the scheme prescribed by the resolution (1) dated 24/04/2015 of the education department and on the basis of the number of students, the following details are allowed to be paid.

These amended provisions should be brought to the notice of all concerned. In addition, all the budget proposals required for its functioning and the action required to bring to the notice of the concerned the relevant amendments shall be directed by the Director, Primary Education.
These revised provisions will have to be implemented from the financial year 2020-21.
