To provide monthly assistance of Rs.1000/- to beneficiaries with a disability of more than 80% without the income limit.
The resolution of the equal number of section on the number (1) of the read out on 18/07/2020 provides a total of Rs.1000/- per month to beneficiaries with mental disability above 80% of the income limit.
Administrative sanction has been given to spend Rs. 1080.00 lakh. But indeed, it was originally proposed to provide for assistance only to persons with mental disability type, which was used by the Finance Department to use the term "mental disability" instead of "slowness" in the form of the above number (1) the next resolution was issued from here but now read by letters (2) and (3) At the end of adult consideration, the following amendments are now adopted.
Amendment Resolution:-
The resolution of the order (1) of the read will have to be read as "80% or more with a mental disability" instead of 80% or more. The following conditions are also added to the said resolution.
(1) The beneficiaries under this scheme will have to be included in the NSAP MIS software for the purpose of providing assistance directly to their bank account from DBT.
(2) The present scheme is incorporated into the NSAP MIS software, as long as the scheme is included in the proposed scheme (1) Sant Surdas Yojana and (2) The Beneficiaries of Mental Retardation (M.R.) / Intellectual Disability currently availing under the Indira Gandhi National Disability Pension Scheme will be provided monthly benefit of Rs.600/- under the above two schemes.
(3) The sadr new scheme will cover beneficiaries who are eligible for Rs.300/- under this new scheme, as well as for the benefit of the beneficiaries under the new scheme. All beneficiaries are given DBT from the state level. monthly assistance will be paid.
(4) The order of the read (1) other terms of the next resolution shall remain.
