Matter of Language Education Training of Language Teacher of Standard 3 to 5
According to the above topic, emphasis has been laid on basic literacy and numeracy under the National Education Policy-2020. One of the key objectives of the Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) mission is to achieve the basic ability of literacy and numeracy for all children up to standard 3 by the year 2027.
As part of the Basic Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) mission, elementary language teaching training will have to be organized for Gujarati subject teachers of Std-3 to 5. The cost of the training will be borne by Kalin or EDN-12 Appendix-1 from the training grant. In each district, the Diet Faculty, BRC and CRC Coordinator will have to impart 3 days of training to the teachers at the taluka level or in two three clusters. The training literature and supporting materials are included with this.
Consider the following guidelines regarding training planning.
1. Training report should be prepared.
2. An expert who has completed the elementary language education online course will have to be selected as an expert.
3. Allocate the session to the experts already and copy it outside the training classroom.
4. BRC / CRC Co. ordinator has not completed the elementary language education online course. They will have to be involved in this training.
5. To use the guidelines provided by the state level for training.
6. Prepare to print out every material useful for training such as three modules of an online course, supporting material, quiz question paper, pretest, post-test letter etc.
7. Each expert will have to study all the three modules of the course, its supporting materials, training guide, PPT and give training.
8. Before the training, a soft copy of all the three modules of the online training course should be sent to the participants i.e. teachers and needles should be given to the speakers for training.
9. During the training session, do some sports or activities where needed. And make the necessary preparations in advance for that. (Ice Breaking Activity)
10. Planning of training Reference date: 20/07/2021 no. Video conferencing will be held daily from 11:30 to 13:00. In which lecturers and related experts will have to join. Training will have to be organized after the video conference.
