Information regarding the planning of std-9 to 12 Periodical Assessment Test (PAT) Ekam Kasoti In July 2022
According to the above subject reference, Jyabharat, with the aim of maintaining continuity in the education and studies of the students, intensive efforts have been made by the education department of the state government for the unit test. According to this, the unit test has to be organized for the students of Std-9 to 12. The first unit test for Std-9 to 12 is to be held in the month of July 2022.
For which the following instructions have to be observed.
Schools have to conduct class-09 to 12th unit examination on 27/07/2022 in two sessions of 1 hour each.
For the first unit test, only 2 (two) subject question papers of each class from 9th to 12th will be sent from here. The details of which are available in the schedule.
June and July units will be the syllabus for the first unit test. The details of which are mentioned in the course sheet.
The unit test will be conducted only on the basis of the textbook published by the Gujarat State School Textbook Board.
From here the password-protected question papers of the unit test will be sent to the E-mail address of the District Education Officer by 12:00 PM on 25/07/2022. The password of which will be communicated to the nodal officials on 26/07/2022 through WhatsApp.
The District Education Officer shall send these question papers to the e-mail addresses of all SVS/QDC conveners of the district by 26/07/2022.
The SVS/QDC Convener shall send the Question Papers of Unit 2 Examination to all Private/Granted/Government Secondary/Higher Secondary School Principals of their complex at their e-mail addresses by 26/07/2022.
In the above chain….. GSEB DEO SVS/QDC Convenor Acharya shall take full care to maintain the confidentiality of question papers for unit tests at every stage.
The Principal shall test all the students as per the schedule attached herewith.
All secondary schools in the state have to conduct compulsory unit tests.
The school shall ensure that the tests of the students are evaluated in time after the unit test and the details of the marks obtained by the students shall be preserved by the school throughout the year.
The subjects and syllabus for the first unit test will be as mentioned in the box.
